  2. Purpose of the Legal Notice

  This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of the digital platform flamingolockers.es, as well as the legal relationship arising between Pink Flamingo Homes S.L. (Flamingo Lockers) and users who use its facilities and services.

  3. Conditions of Use

  Access and use of the platform implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the following conditions:

  • The user undertakes to make lawful and appropriate use of the platform and its services, in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice.

  • The user declares to be of legal age (18+ years) and to have the legal capacity to contract the services offered.

  • The user undertakes to provide truthful and complete information in the registration and reservation forms.

  • The user expressly accepts the General Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy, and these regulations.

  4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

  All content on the digital platform (texts, images, designs, logos, trademarks, software, databases, and any other material) is owned by Pink Flamingo Homes S.L. or by third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.

  Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of the contents is prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.

  5. Disclaimer

  Flamingo Lockers is not responsible for:

  • The availability, continuity, or uninterrupted operation of the platform

  • Failures in receiving notifications attributable to third-party messaging providers

  • Unforeseen breakdowns or urgent corrective maintenance affecting the service

  • Interruptions due to power outages, connectivity failures, or circumstances of force majeure, including acts of vandalism or sabotage

  • Improper, fraudulent, or negligent use by the user of the facilities and services

  • Damage or loss of deposited items, since the service consists exclusively of the assignment of leased space, not custody per se

  • Content linked from the platform to third-party websites

  6. User Obligations

  The user undertakes to:

  • Use the facilities and services in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms of Service

  • Report any circumstance that prevents the normal use of the facilities

  • Leave the compartment free and in adequate condition at the end of the rental

  • Be liable for damage caused by improper or negligent use

  • Not abandon items in the compartments; in the event of abandonment, Flamingo Lockers is authorized to remove them and, after 15 days without claim, will proceed to destroy them

  7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation or application of these conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante, unless applicable law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
