How can I book a locker?
It’s quick and easy – just follow these simple steps:
- Click on the ‘Book a locker’ button
- Select your preferred date
- Choose the size of the locker
- Enter your details
- Make the payment
- Check your email, as you’ll receive the codes you need to access the premises and your locker there
What should I do if I want to access my luggage or take it with me?
Open the door to the facility using your access code. Enter the same code again on the control panel screen. Your locker will open and you can access your luggage or take it with you. Please don’t forget to close the locker door.
Should I book in advance?
Booking your locker in advance is highly advisable to guarantee availability, especially in peak season. However, you can also book on the spot by scanning the QR code at the door of the left luggage facility, if there are lockers available.
When can I access my locker?
You can access your locker as many times as you want within our opening hours.
Are my belongings safe?
We offers a fully automated system, meaning that nobody will be in touch with your luggage. Access to our premises is restricted only to clients, with an access control system on the entrance door. Plus, the premises have CCTV surveillance 24 h and an alarm system connected to a central station. Furthermore, your belongings are insured as stated on our terms of use.
Is there any restriction in the use of my locker?
There are some items that cannot be stored inside our lockers, such as perishable, dangerous or illegal stuff, according to our terms of use.
Can I change the size of my locker?
If you need to change the size of your locker (i.e., due to a measurement error), please contact us and we will try to accommodate your luggage in another one, subject to availability.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking 24 hours in advance with no cost for you.
